But her nurses need to get better at hygiene management, such as to ensure rubbish bin lids are closed all time. Aside, to explain clearly to patients about sterilisation precaution taken on medical equipments before and after a procedure.
Visited Dr. Christina Tai for the first time. My waiting time was less than an hour. I was nervous due to painful experiences of past pap smear procedures by other doctors. But Dr. Tai gave me the courage by gently saying, "trust me". And truly she did it without any pain. Her skill really amazed me!
She went on to do endometrial biopsy and transvaginal scan, and I only felt slight discomfort. I'm also thankful to her lovely nurse who stood close and comforted me throughout the whole procedure.
Dr. Christina Tai was friendly and took time to answer all my questions, and made sure I understood all her explanations. She also gave me other valuable advice. And she's the only doctor I met who wrote me a personal note on my medical report. As a patient, I feel she's such a caring doctor and I really appreciate it.
I'm so glad I went to see her. Would definitely visit her again for future check-ups, and recommend her to my sis.
