I love doing laundry at sri pemaisuri. your staff is very courteous n bubbly. Extra point for providing laundry basket. but my trip to your branch at Sungai Besi. is quite dissapointing. recently opened branch with prome laundry Rm2 n free bag. went there twice to the laindry but no free bag.. and no laundry basket. its a let down.

Experience in damasara damai and subang jaya branch few time past few week, both branch washing and dryer machines are nice, my clothe now day more fleshy when it smell it!
