BP Diagnostic Bukit Mertajam

I can understand the mixed reviews from everyone. However I will still recommend,as mine was quite smooth. I did at BP lab OUG. Completed everything within an hour and result as promised in exactly 24 hours. And the staff managed the crowd control pretty well. My suggestion after my experience is just like that: optional to do booking online or walk in. The only difference is that you need to use your phone and make payment while queuing up in the walk in lane. if u don't want that hassle,then just do it in advance via booking. However,if u are planning to reach super early to queue,then u might as well walk in,as the queue for walk in seems shorter than the booking queue. Go in d morning as its not too hot. In my case,I went at 7.50am at BP lab OUG and as expected,there was already a long queue,at least 30 or more people in front of me in the booking queue. But by 8am,it was moving,and it didn't take too long. I was done by 8.40am. Results was out exactly in 24 hours,though I heard some got it faster in 12 hours etc.

Was asked to line up at a empty counter no.1 for pre-purchase by the guard. The next counter was for walk-in and only has 1 person in charge. To be safe,went inside the counter to ask if anyone will be attending the empty counter and was told yes someone will be there. So i went over again to line up at the empty counter. Later i was informed the counter in-charge is out for lunch. And now i need to line-up at the walk-in counter. By then the queue is already beyond the tent under the noon sun. Please don't come here during lunch as they're obviously undermanned and not cater for this. Dont end up line up blindly at empty counter then move to a longer line. Thanks to the helpful people inside. BP please organize this or why not come and survey yourself just to get a taste.
