Developed by a team of early childhood educators and fitness instructors, they are a movement learning centre dedicated to developing the mental and physical health of children through age appropriate thematic lessons.
Each structured lesson features music, dance, colours, numbers, moral values and physical activity. Critical life skills are developed through our child-centered and non competitive approach.

My daughter had a great time! With experienced gym teachers and a great earth day theme and activities she can't wait to do the dinosaur theme next week. She is anxiously counting days to come back next Saturday
