Awesome experience. Dinner at the The Jeff's Cellar is the highlight of our stay. Chef Boon is impeccably genius.. .his creativity is an obvious evidence in the menu selection. The Tasting Menu is highly recommended! Meanwhile, Raymond the Director of Operations makes sure each and every guests are comfortable and content with the stay. His team supports him equally.. .(special mention. the Pomelo Restaurant staffs.. Momo and Burn). The Garden Villa is private and worth the experience. Spa experience is an excellence retreat

Amazing place to stay. The staff are all nice. The pools are relaxing and can even have fish spa. You can have a short hike and food are very delicious. I will definitely come back again.

Really love the experience from the beauty of the place to the service from the people & the food served. Thank you for making Malaysia so beautiful for us to be proud to share with our future tourist friends. We spent our anniversary here & it was magical. I love it that we just casually mentioned it was our annivasary & when we came back from dinner our room was made up nicely again with a romantic decoration! A top class service that you can experience at home instead of spending money overseas Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed our stay but too bad, it's only for one night. A place we can find tranquility and serenity. Staff named Putera was very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for upgrading our room (from water villa to garden villa). An experience in the resort is mandatory. Looking forward to have the lovely experience again.

Loved every nook and corner of this amazing place.. tranquillity, breathtakingly beautiful and superb service from every employee you crossed path with.. the positive ambience affected the guests as well as you will notice almost every guests greeting fellow guests or waving from afar and smiles are so generously granted. To fully appreciate this retreat I would need minimum 3N4D stay.. Loved the water villa ,having your own geothermal pool is such a bonus.. night dips under the stars.. In villa dining with full table being set for you. EVERYTIME. be it breakfast or tea or dinner. Waking up to lush greeneries. majestic limestone hills. . air so fresh. indeed a paradise. so much to do. steam cave, Crystal cave, meditation.. the Spa is awesome.. And believe you me. if there is any assistance you require..Raymond and team goes overboard to ensure your stay to be the best and more than you had earlier expected.. Thank you Raymond, Graze, Natasha, Momo, Aaron, Intan, Harris, Fikri, Corinna, Farah. Dr Shanker and so many more who went extra mile to make my Mak ( who is wheelchair bound ) and I to have a wonderful and awesome 3day stay.. . I will be back

Outstanding customer service. Each staff was very friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room for free and even provided a cake for my wife's birthday. Room was unbelievably comfy. Scenery was outstanding. Private pool and jacuzzi were relaxing. They even gifted us with a souvenir which we never ever experienced when checking out in any other hotel. Definitely would return here in the near future. If there's one place to forget all of your problems and reenergize, this is the very place to be. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
