Simple to use theres not so many steps to do tasks. Our company uses two different programs within. Not sure is one was bought with conversion but overall this one is much easier to navigate. Fast. Its easy to use and has multiple functions. Inventory is better & faster customer service. Knowing what we have is easier now than it was at other retailers.

It is designed in a way that makes managing the tasks much simpler. Another positive is the way we can customize the tool to do cross platform management. It is not very intuitive to learn the tool. It took me a while to figure out the different options in the menu. Try it to see if it is the right tool for you. The biggest problem that can be solved is managing multiple tasks in a single plan and gives a good snapshot of the high level tasks.
