Hi AnnieC, my younger sis was now receiving treatment in Singapore by Dr John Chia due to the lack of expertise in managing of such serious cancer types in Malaysia and the advantage of sub-specialty care in Singapore along with the availability of clinical trials, molecular directed therapy and immunotherapy. She was in serious pain and suffering so we have no choice to send her to Singapore :( Can see a huge difference between Singapore and Malaysia in term of their clinical treatment and pre and post-chemo management after experiencing them in Malaysia. In Malaysia we would recommend Dr Tho Lye Mun, a very good and ethical oncologist in Malaysia. He also keeps in touch well with Dr John Chia from Singapore.
